Opened or used items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos when possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the eligible item and place a new order.
